That is why we have a complete communication suite integrated in to the patient record allowing you to send customised or standard templated letters to the patient as well as their GP, insurance company, employer or anyone else. A full audit trail is in place so letters can be created and modified with all revisions stored and visible to all for full transparency.

We provide the tools to reduce DNA’s. Appointment confirmations can be automatically sent out via email including online questionnaires (with an appointment being added to the patients Outlook diary), and reminders can be sent via email or SMS message.
