Your business is complicated. Multiple contracts with a range of entities from PCTs to insurers and companies all with specific sets of pricing, billing requirements and specific reporting requirements.

Then there is promotional pricing, membership pricing and special offers. When an appointment is being booked your staff need to know the intricacies of these contracts before they book the appointment, not once the patient has left.

The Contract Management System provided in our applications removes the opportunity for mistakes. A ‘contract’ is created once with all pricing, expiry date and eligibility (sex, location, available appointments, eligibility within a group, day of week, time, limit within a specified time period) specified. Patients are then added to the relevant contract.

When a booking is being made the person booking the appointment does not need to know an extensive list of booking rules as only the appropriate appointments (at the right price) are presented in the list – thereby removing the opportunity for error by staff.

But this can be taken further, the booking engine can be integrated into your website enabling patients or external parties such as HR staff to book appointments online without contacting your internal team.

As bookings all have the correct price associated, reporting on future expected cash flow, as well as on events that have occurred is totally seamless. This provides full visibility into your business – forwards and back.
