Dashboard

The Dashboard is a workflow driven health care information system for central management of referrals and bookings. This clinical information system allows and encourages users to follow a simple process to make bookings easy and fast. Real time dynamic data shows your progress against targets and timelines.

We build the Dashboards to your unique specification. Dashboards can be configured and shown on a per clinic basis and benefit from EMMA's contracts management system to allow different contracts with different clients (such as PCT's) to be managed automatically and booking rules to be put in place to ensure adherence to these contracts.

Dashboards can also be used to manage a specific workflow or set of tasks a staff member needs to perform. Screens can be setup for dealing with enquiries made through your website, call lists or managing administrative tasks such dealing with overdue invoices.
