Flexible intuitive Diaries integrated CRM and Task Management. Manage and book, staff, rooms and resources, multipart appointments, multi participant appointments and class bookings from a central point.

We provide a simple yet powerful diary system which forms the basis to our systems. The system allows you to create rooms and assign practitioners to rooms and then specialities to practitioners.

Flexibility is built in with features that allow diaries to be cloned, extended on the fly and patients can even be ‘shoehorned’ in between back to back appointments. The diary system also allows multiple participant appointments or classes.

The diaries are intelligent: when booking multipart appointments for any number of clinicians matching specific criteria such as speciality, sex and of course availability within a specified time frame – all relevant diaries are examined to find the best option for both the patient in terms of waiting time and minimising ‘holes’ in the clinicians diary.

The CRM system enables your staff to track patient enquiries (enquiries made via your website can be fed into the CRM) and any other communication between staff and patient recorded in one place. Activities needing to be carried out from an enquiry are fed in the Task Manager.
