As charges are created at the point of booking, EMMA can look forward as well as backward to ensure you have full visibility of your cashflow moving forwards as well as back.

Pricing Contracts can be set up for different ‘invoicees’ whether they are corporate, medical insurers or promotional rates. These allow you to vary your pricing depending on invoicee, time of day, day of week, age, age range, sex, location or eligibility of patient. All contracts are centrally managed to present errors at any stage.

Payment and pre authorisation either full or part can be taken when an appointment is booked with final payment being made when you require. We have a fully integrated Point of Sale system so payments can be made via debit or credit cards at any point in the booking process – patients can even log in and pay outstanding invoices or pay for future appointments from home. We provide our Virtual Terminal on a fixed monthly fee with transactions costing as little as 20p.
