Document Storage – a paperless clinic…
As a healthcare provider you are required to securely store patient data for up to ten years. Depending on the number of patients you have this can be a very expensive and space demanding burden.

To help with the headache cabinets of paper notes causes we have the Document Management / Digital Archive Module. Clear out the basement and make use of the information stored in those boxes and files.
All your physical notes can be scanned and stored in the EMR. Review, file, annotate and join documents together all from the EMR and from anywhere you have an internet connection.
The digital archive is designed to allow you to store all your patient media (scans, correspondence) as well as audio and video files in one safe place. Files can be categorised in folders and sets as well as browsed. When in browsing mode, a full screen 'reader' pops up and the user can browse through all the notes as if they were on paper.
Comments
We have integrated a commenting system to allow practitioners to make side remarks on the notes. These also feature the same revisioning system as the letters system so one practitioner cannot wipe the comments of another.
