Give your patients the power. Patients can pay bills, book or modify appointments, download exercise programmes or reports – all online.

The Patient Portal enables your patients to access a customised interface where they can book their own appointments, review and download exercise programmes, review/download reports or information leaflets – whatever information you decide to make available.

For booking appointments patients use a simple search engine where they select the appointment type, practitioner, location and date range etc. With the Contract Management System powering the search engine, patients can only book appointments as specified through the Contract they are on, making the whole process extremely simple and straight forward – patients will only be able to book applicable appointments at the right price. You can even decide the days, times and appointment types that are available to booked through the portal.

Once the appointment has been selected payment can be taken via credit/debit card before confirmation, once payment has been processed an email is sent to the patient confirming the appointment.
