EMMA has been designed around the needs of Physios from the outset

The unique environment and demands within a Physiotherapy clinic helped shape and develop EMMA to what it is now.

Our Physio EMR has been developed over many years with support from a leading range of Physiotherapists. Some of the tools provided; in addition to the standard EMR, within the Physio EMR are:

Sketch interface

Draw on an image of the body, write injury specific notes and prepare a Treatment plan all in one screen. The Sketch Interface is updated at each consultation providing a visual record of the evolution of an injury over time in conjunction with the treatment plan given.

Exercise Programme

Build an exercise plan tailored to your patient. Select the exercises, enter the number of sets and additional notes and print or email to your patient. Each exercise may consist of many steps, each of which can be accompanied by videos, podcasts or just plain text, all of which help to ensure that the patient is completing the correct exercises as planned.

Treatment Cycles

Record where a patient was referred from (both from internally and externally, full list of GP demographics provided),  record initial diagnosis and track duration and outcome of treatment. You can then report on for example how long a clinician takes to treat a lower back injury to discharge. Allowing you to monitor the effectiveness of your treatment plans and also report the data back to insurance companies and 3rd parties to demonstrate your effectiveness.
