Dashboard

The EMMA SUS Dashboard is a workflow driven healthcare information system for central management of referrals and bookings. This clinical information system allows and encourages users to follow a simple process to make bookings easy and fast.
In doing this, it also records all the key events for the 18 Week pathway to allow the calculation of accurate wait time, taking into account clock pauses.

The dashboard can be configured and shown on a per clinic or group of clinics basis and benefits from EMMA's contracts management system to allow different contracts with different clients (such as PCT's) to be managed automatically and booking rules to be put in place to ensure adherence to these contracts.

The dashboard features:
- Postcode and PDS lookup when linked to the Spine
- Integration of a referrers database
- Automatic distance calculation to nearest clinic based on patient postcode
- Management of both DNA's and appointment lists from a single screen
- Call pending screens with rules to ensure that patients are called at the correct times for your contracts
- Report printing and output screens with priority sorting for visibility of reports that need urgent attention
- Overview graphing that shows the position of the business including waiting times and average times to call
