With often hundreds of different contracts and pricing points, Eligibility lists and an ever changing patient population, corporate healthcare can be a delivery nightmare.

EMMA was designed with these elements in mind and features a complete Client Relationship Management system (CRM) as well as Contract Management System (CMS) which allows you to seamlessly deliver incredible complex contracts with no additional admin load both in your clinics, and online through the online patient portal. The Dashboard module can also be integrated in to the CRM in order to track customer enquiries and conversions as well as informing users which enquiries should be acted upon and when.

The Company Relationship Manager in EMMA is designed to allow you to keep track of all contact with your clients, assign employees and offices to clients as well as having complete control over billing and payments.

A complete log is made of all events relating to a company and additional events can be added in for items such as phone calls or meetings, with follow up dates marked which will in turn create tasks for the user to perform on that specified follow up date.

Reporting can be customised to each company with standardised reports that can mine the company data, or specific reports can be created that have been requested by a particular corporate client.

If you so desire clients can also can log in and update employee lists, download reports and view their bills online. We are currently adding an online payments module which will allow them to settle bills online.
