Outcome Reporting

The tracking of outcomes is a critical part of any clinical care.

EMMA includes a very flexible clinical data gathering and reporting system which allows you to design your own forms and Medical record templates and track their movements and changes over the course of an episode of care.

This can be done on a patient by patient or an aggregated basis per clinician.

Because of the flexibility inherent in this system, this facility can be used for any area of medicine and track any kind of numeric data. The way you use it is up to you. Clinical forms can be built by you in as little as 5 minutes and you can be recording patient data yourselves immediately.

Forms are set up by you directly and modifications are handled in the same way. This allows you to design and refine your forms without having to worry about cost moving forwards.
