Membership Scheme

EMMA includes a full membership scheme function. This allows you to create differing membership schemes which manage pricing, eligibility of products and more.

The membership system will generate charges for you and when combined with the Datacash online payments, allows you to bill your patients automatically without any intervention at all. The EMMA membership system is designed to manage and run your entire membership system from start to finish.

The parameters that can be set for a membership include:

- Signup price

- Monthly fee

- Additional member discounts

- Pricing plans and discounts

- Cancellation fees

In addition, EMMA's membership system comes with a suite of reports allowing you to track utilisation and membership levels as well as referrals.
