EMMA has a unique login portal allowing client HR and management to update their own employee information. They can add or remove employees as well as updating details and viewing invoices, charges or health reports. All the information needed by the client can be contained within this portal.

Forms and questionnaires

Pre employment health screen forms and other questionnaires are fully customisable and can be designed to the specific requirements of each client.

Reporting

The portal provides clients directly with outcome reporting for employees both aggregate statistics and personal reports from health screens. This allows clients to monitor and track the health of their employees to reduce sickness absence. If an employee is regularly ill then the client can book them in for health check using the login portal.

Online booking

Through the login portal EMMA encompasses direct online booking. The web based system allows HR to book employees in for a health check. The client will be able to see a selection of available appointment slots and book one on behalf of an employee. After booking the employee can be automatically sent an email with details of their appointment.

Outlook integration

The system syncs with Outlook in order to keep track of employee appointments.
