Training is an important aspect of the use of any new system and we provide training as part of the install package of EMMA. We offer unlimited support to our users so it is vital for both us and them that the training provided covers all aspects of the system.
Starting October 2009, we also run regular evening seminars on practice management and EMMA as well as new features and commonly asked questions on the system. We encourage users of all levels to attend these to learn more about the system and also to meet fellow EMMA users. Documents and briefing sheets are provided as takeaway items to enable attendees to put what they have learned into practice.
