We do not see ourselves as a software company, but a solutions company. To look at software or IT in isolation from the rest of the business is to dramatically underestimate the change that good technology can bring. Software is almost unique as a tool in health care in that it can not only save time and money, but fundamentally change the way a practice, clinic or hospital operates. This could be in the form of enabling remote working, bringing disparate practices in remote locations together under one umbrella to provide services that were previously impossible, or aiding clinicians in diagnostics through the use of intelligent clinical assistance tools.
