Six Physio
Six Physio was founded back in 1984 with one simple vision – to provide first class, second to none specialist physiotherapy care.
They approached us in 2004 to create a VPN to link their practices so their old bookings system would allow them to cross book. The VPN worked perfectly (and still does incidentally!), but the bookings system didn't quite work as planned. Patients would appear in the other centre's diary with a new patient ID, and no billing information! Suddenly there would be 2 patients with the same name and each with a different account.
3 months later, Emma was put in.

- Full sales ledger to integrate to accounts package
Everything that Sports & Spinal Clinics required was delivered, with 4 clinics going live simultaneously. Patients can book online for both classes and appointments and even get SMS reminders to make sure they don't forget.
The system has grown dramatically in the time that Sports & Spinal Clinics have been using it, with on average 20 updates a year including such features as Letters and the Digital Vault.
Sports & Spinal Clinics have pioneered our new Exercises Module which allows their physios to prescribe exercises in just a few clicks -the patient receives an email confirming the exercises and they can log in and view their complete programme.

EMMA now serves 9 clinics and allows SIX to continue their expansion plans without having to worry about costs or difficult software deployment. They simply plug in a broadband connection and a PC and the clinic can start trading instantly.
